The residence is located in immediate proximity to the resort's pool and spa, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 min walk), and 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

Champagny – resort at 1250 m. It is the starting point of the cable car that transports skiers to the southern slopes of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site hosts a Nordic area, offering a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding...) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
