The residence is located in immediate proximity to the swimming pool and spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (a 5-minute walk), and just 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are a 10-minute walk away.

Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitudes, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site hosts a Nordic area, offering a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding...) to enjoy in an exceptional setting.
