Our brand new residence, Les Terrasses de la Vanoise, offers you a stay in complete relaxation, summer or winter, away from the daily stress with a multitude of quality services for unforgettable vacations or weekends in the mountains with friends or family; characterised by chic and charm. Facing South-South West, it offers magnificent views of the village, the peaks, and the slopes of Courchevel in the background.

After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, join the events organised by the resort and take time to enjoy joyful moments in the mountains in complete simplicity.

The residence is located immediately close to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 min walk), 50 m from the bus shuttle stop during winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within 10 minutes on foot.

The rental rate includes: beds made and towels placed in the apartment (2 towels per person), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 garage space (max height 2 m). Satellite TV. WIFI. Luggage storage available for guests.

Ski schools, ski slopes and lifts are 2 minutes away via the free shuttle (stop 50 m from the residence). Swimming pool and Spa near the residence. Tennis courts at 200 m.

Champagny – resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point for the cable car that transports skiers in 8 minutes to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes along with exceptional snowfall until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, dog sledding…) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
