The residence is located immediately next to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 min walk), 50 m from the stop of the free bus shuttle in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny – a resort at 1,250 m. It is the departure point for the gondola that takes skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1,450 m altitude, there lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site is home to a Nordic domain that offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding…) to be practiced in an exceptional setting.
