The residence is located in close proximity to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 minutes on foot), and 50 m from the free winter bus shuttle stop. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, two sites, two altitudes, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny – resort at 1250 m. It's the starting point of the gondola that takes skiers to the sunny side of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and walking trails, ice climbing, dog sledding) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
