The residence is located immediately close to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open both SUMMER and WINTER, children's playground, tennis courts (5 min walk), and 50 m from the free winter bus shuttle stop. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny – resort at 1250 m. It is the departure point of the cable car which allows skiers to reach the sunny southern slopes of La Plagne/Paradiski in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until late April.
Five kilometres higher, at an altitude of 1450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, dog sledding…) to enjoy in an exceptional setting.
