The residence Malinka is located in the Falaise district and offers stunning views of the Zorre ridges and the Morzine valley.
The residence gracefully stretches along the Tracheurs slope up to the premium Amara area. It opens onto the valley and the Super-Morzine sector, providing one of the most beautiful views in Avoriaz. The Falaise district has all the necessary shopping facilities for a successful stay, and the centre of Avoriaz is just a 5-minute walk away.
The ski departure point allows easy access to the various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, which are perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
