Appartement bien équipé mais un peu vétuste. Quelques petites choses à réparer ( tringle porte rideau dans la chambre, portes de placards brinqueballantes, l'aspirateur n'est pas assez puissant pour la moquette qui est présente dans tout l'appartement, quelques chaises se déboitent ).Il n'y a pas de casier à ski dans la résidence, on doit tout ramener dans l'appartement .

Beaucoup de dysfonctionnements dans l'appartement: pas de lumière dans l'entrée, grille pain qui ne fonctionne...très cher pour l'état !
