Apartment with balcony at the foot of the Prorel gondola - Briançon.
The residence Relais de la Guisane benefits from a privileged location, only 50 m from the Prorel gondola and 200 m from the town centre of Briançon, accessible via the footbridge located in front of the residence.
Located on the 1st floor with lift, this apartment features a west-facing balcony, offering a pleasant view of the river and the mountains.
It consists of:
- A bedroom with a double bed 140 × 190 cm, separated from the living room by a sliding PVC curtain and benefiting from direct access to the balcony,
- A mountain corner with two bunk beds,
- A living room with television and sofa
- A fitted kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker and essential equipment for your stay), with a sofa bed convertible into 140 x 190 cm
- A shower room with shower,
- Independent WC.
For your comfort, a private ski locker is available.
Parking is outside the residence.
Weekly subscription possible via parking meters for all paid outdoor parking spaces in Briançon.
Or possibility to take out a weekly subscription at the ticket offices of the paying underground parking "Parking de l’Aigle Bleu" near the residence.
