Appartement qui pourrait être parfait avec quelques petites rénovation / entretien Les - : WC séparé compliqué à utiliser (beaucoup trop petit) Poire de douche plus que fatiguée Porte-fenêtre de la chambre impossible à verrouiller Nécessaire de ménage en piteux état (aspirateur qui semble avoir fait la guerre) Les + : Vue sympa, grande pièce de vie agréable, beaucoup de rangement, bonne literie, très bien isolé (nous n'avons pas entendu les voisins de la semaine), place pour stationner dans la cour

La résidence en elle même est bien pas trop mal situé par rapport au centre mais l'appartement est à revoir car il y avait des tâches de moisissures dans la chambre et la pièce principal, la peinture de la chambre était toute craqueler. Et il y a un très gros problème d'eau chaud dans la résidence, le soir il fallait prendre sa douche pas trop tard et ne pas rester trop longtemps car très très peu d'eau chaude.
