The two buildings are connected on the 5th floor, with Building I offering direct access to the main square of the area.
The Bruyeres area features restaurants, shopping facilities, a tourist office, an aquatic and wellness area, a cinema, a rail sledging track, a ski school, and a daycare.
Access to the residence and lifts is via a key.

L'appartement est vieux et désuet. Il est minuscule. En plus, cet appartement était sale : poussière mais surtout une literie très sale (couettes sales, oreillers sales, ...). Les sanitaires avaient reçu un faux nettoyage mais étaient sales en profondeur (joints en silicone devenus oranges de crasse et absence de nettoyage, baignoire avec des résidus de savon, ...), WC non frotté ... Bref, à part la vaisselle qui semblait propre, tout était répugnant. Les casiers à ski sont trop petits.

L'immeuble Ski Soleil II n'était pas indiqué clairement. Rien ne disait qu'il fallait entrer dans l'immeuble Ski Soleil 1 pour y accéder et ce dernier n'est guère mieux indiqué. Les personnes de l'agence étaient plutôt avares de renseignements. Propreté juste convenable (saletés sur le seuil de la cabine de douche et sol de l'appartement pas totalement nickel). Local à skis sommaire et non chauffé pour les chaussures).

Résidence à côté de tout , ski aux pieds, très appréciable Les Bruyères sont un quartier à taille humaine, et les navettes sont pratiques pour aller ailleurs.
