Insonorisation et froid à revoir avec par exemple le remplacement des fenêtres ou la mise en place de volet électriques. Forcément en étant "sur la place" il y a un peu de passage, mais pourtant pendant les vacances scolaires, ça n'a pas été trop dérangeant. Situation géographique au top selon nos critères !
