The 23m² apartment, fully renovated in 2018, is located on the 4th floor (with lift) providing an unobstructed view of the slopes.

It offers a living room with a sofa bed (160*190), and a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (80*190).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, and ceramic hobs.

The bathroom features an Italian shower and toilet.

You can access the slopes directly via the lift.

A ski locker is also available for your use.


The Résidence Themis is situated in the lower part of Belle Plagne. Due to its location, the residence is right next to the slope for ski-in, ski-out access.

Situated at an altitude of 2,050m, Belle Plagne will impress you with its stunning traditional mountain architecture. A prime example of a high-altitude resort, particularly since it is a rare pedestrian-only resort. A connection via gondola to Plagne Bellecôte operates from 8:00 to 23:30.

Cleaning of apartments:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. An inspection will take place in your accommodation prior to your arrival.
More thorough disinfection will be carried out in contact areas, including door handles, light switches, taps, remotes, and any accessory that may have been touched. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the apartment as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available for reference.
