29m² apartment located on the 3rd floor without a lift, beneath the main entrance in an ideally situated residence on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shopping facilities.
The apartment consists of an entrance with an alcove featuring bunk beds, a shower room with WC, an open kitchen area (fully renovated) leading to the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a west-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the entire valley.

Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 3rd floor, next to the building entrance.
Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of bunk beds, 1 sofa bed

Sanitary facilities: one shower room with WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (not applicable in summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to pre-book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for reinstating the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour removal from all fabrics.
