General description of the residence
APARTMENT FOR SALE: POSSIBILITY OF VISITS FROM POTENTIAL BUYERS, ALWAYS WITH YOUR AGREEMENT
1970s residence with apartments located close to the slopes and shops (sport shops, convenience store).
Accessible by stairs.
29m² apartment located on the 3rd floor without lift, below the main entrance in a residence ideally located on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shops.
The apartment consists of an entrance with alcove including 1 set of bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, an open kitchen area (fully renovated) onto the living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a west-facing balcony that will offer you a magnificent view over the whole valley.
Amenities: Refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 4th floor as the entrance of the building.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of bunk beds, 1 sofa bed
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the rearrangement of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
