General description of the residence
The accommodation :
Pleasant spacious studio, entirely renovated in 2020, located in a quiet residence just 150 metres from the slopes. It has a south-east facing balcony offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Écrins peaks and the Meije.
The studio includes a living room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed 160×200 (2 people), a fitted kitchenette, a closed cabin area with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Practical information :
Access to the apartment is via the entrance located to the left of the ski lockers in the residence (opposite the swimming pool). The accommodation is on level 1, whilst the ski lockers are located on level 0.
Apartment classified Furnished Tourism - 2 stars.
The advantages of this rental :
An entirely unobstructed view of the Écrins, the immediate proximity to the slopes and shops (150 m), and free parking in front of the residence.
Environment :
Quiet residence, with no overlooking, located 150 m from the slopes, equipped with ski lockers for each accommodation and located next to the municipal swimming pool (open only in summer).
