It consists of a bedroom with a bed of 140 X 190 cm with storage underneath, a sleeping corner with bunk beds with drawers underneath and a chest of drawers.

The dining area, with a kitchenette equipped with a combined microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a traditional coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a table and chairs.

The living space is equipped with a non-convertible sofa and a television on a telescopic arm.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €1000 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly.

- the keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
