Facing south-west, it offers a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.

It comprises a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed with storage underneath, a sleeping nook with bunk beds featuring drawers below, and a chest of drawers.

The dining area includes a kitchenette equipped with a combined microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a traditional coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a table, and chairs.

The lounge area is fitted with a non-convertible sofa and a television on a telescopic arm.

- bed linen, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


Please note that:
- a security deposit via credit card imprint will be required upon your arrival.

- the keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm, and must be returned before 9 am on your departure day.

- the apartment will be provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), the penalty will be a compensation amounting to 50% of the security deposit.
This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
