Our brand new residence, Les Cristaux, offers you a stay in total relaxation, summer or winter, away from everyday stress with a multitude of quality services for a holiday or a weekend in the mountains with friends or family; all under the sign of chic and charm.
Facing South-South West, it provides an exceptional panorama over Les Arcs, Mont-Blanc, and the Tarentaise valley.
After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, join in on the events organised by the resort and take the time to enjoy moments of joy in the mountains simply. Enjoy the residence's SPA (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) for a moment of well-being and rejuvenation!
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the heights of Arc 1800, at Chantel, just a few minutes' walk from Edenarc and its services: Spa Nama Springs, gourmet grocery store, ski rental shop, restaurant Le Voga Goga and the departure of the Dahu gondola which connects Edenarc to the snow front and centre of Arc 1800 in less than 3 min.
A free inter-resort shuttle stop is located 150m away, facing the Iseran residence, to reach the resort centre and its shopping facilities.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence Building C "Equilibre", with lift and private parking.
- Open kitchen to the living room with dining table for 4 people: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, percolator type espresso machine, kettle, toaster...
- Living room open to the terrace with sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Terrace with garden lounge and garden table for dining- Entrance hall with storage.
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed (2 persons. 160x190), TV, storage, shower room/WC and access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2: includes 2 single beds (2 persons. 90x190), TV, storage and access to the terrace.
- Independent shower/WC
Additional Equipment:
- Internet/Wifi access
- Access to the residence's laundry room
- 1 Parking Space with electric point.
- Ski locker with heated boot rack.
- Non-smoking apartment

The rental rate includes: made beds and towels provided in the apartment (2 towels per person per stay), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 GARAGE SPACE (max height 2.10m). TV. WIFI.
