The residence is located in immediate proximity to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, tennis courts (5 min walk), 50 m from the bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shops are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, two sites, two levels of altitude, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny - resort at 1250 m. It is the starting point of the cable car that allows in 8 minutes the transport of skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le haut. This classified natural site is home to a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding activity…) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
