The residence is located very close to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 minutes’ walk), and 50 m from the stop of the free bus shuttle in winter. The resort centre and shops are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

Champagny – resort at 1250 m. It is the starting point of the gondola that transports skiers in 8 minutes to the south slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site is home to a nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding…) in an exceptional setting.
