The residence is located in immediate proximity to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's playgrounds, tennis courts (5 min walk), and 50 m from the free shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shops are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

It is the starting point for the gondola that allows, in 8 minutes, the transportation of skiers to the south face of the La Plagne/Paradiski area offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at an altitude of 1450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic domain, offering a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding…) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
