General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on floors and facing west enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a public parking nearby..
Apartment of 22 m² located on the 3rd floor with lift in a residence in Vallandry only 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a kitchenette and living area with 1 sofa bed, a cabin equipped with a convertible sofa, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
The apartment is facing West and has a balcony which will allow you to fully enjoy a beautiful view over the whole valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs, TV.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa, 2 single beds,
Sanitary: one bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the reassembling of furniture.
NON SMOKING Apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
