General description of the residence
BELLE PLAGNE – RESIDENCE QUARTZ. Large bright apartment with three bedrooms for 11 people, with a South-West facing balcony for optimal sunlight. Benefiting from a magnificent view of the slopes, the resort and the mountains. The residence is located in the lower part of Belle-Plagne with private parking. Ski-in-ski-out.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
Located at an altitude of 2050 m, Belle Plagne will charm you with its admirable traditional mountain architecture, a very good example of a high-altitude resort, especially as it is one of the few pedestrian resorts. A link by Cable Car to Plagne-Bellecôte is available from 8am to 11:30pm.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT :
Apartment of 57m² for 11 people located on the 5th floor.
- The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed.
- The kitchen, open to the living room, provides all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, traditional oven, refrigerator and ceramic hobs).
- The bedroom has a double bed (2 people - 90*190) TV screen.
- The second bedroom has a double bed 160*190 on the mezzanine and another double bed 160*190 below.
- The third bedroom has a single bed on the mezzanine and a double bed.
- The shower room with WC.
- The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
- The separate toilets.
