The rental price includes: towels, sheets with beds made, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes).

Parking is not included. Parking is available in the paid parking areas of the resort.

ARCS 1800 – Residence: ROSELEND. Very nice 4 Rooms, facing South-West, with a magnificent panoramic view of Mont Blanc. Located in Arc 1800 on the Paradiski ski area, the residence has prestigious apartments with many facilities: swimming pool, sauna and hammam.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
Located in Arc 1800, in the village of Chantel, Les Alpages du Chantel 2, a quiet area and just a few minutes from Charvet, the ESF and its shops via the free inter-resort shuttle.
A pedestrian access from the residence to the Charvet station centre in 5 minutes is possible.
