For any stay of 5 nights or more in winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of €1200 will be requested before your arrival on our partner Swikly site
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-respect of this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
