Completely renovated with very good fittings, it is composed of
3 apartments and a spa room with jacuzzi and sauna which presages good moments of relaxation.
On the ground floor "La Terrasse" 3-star apartment can accommodate 8/10 people (max 7 adults) in a warm atmosphere thanks to a neat decoration.
Outside, a bicycle room. Entrance hall of the residence with ski locker and in the basement the common areas:
Laundry room, shoe / glove dryer, spa room with sauna, jacuzzi, shower and wc.
"La Terrasse" is on the ground floor, it is composed as follows:
An entrance with a cupboard, a toilet with a washbasin, a double bedroom (160 × 200) with a cupboard en suite with its shower room and an extra pull-out bed for children (80 × 180), a double bedroom (160 × 200) en suite with cupboard and shower room, a double bedroom (160 × 200), a shower room with wc, a children's bedroom with bunk beds (80 × 190, we remind you that sleeping high up is not recommended for children under 6) and an extra pull-out bed for children (80 × 180), a living room with wood stove, open fully equipped kitchen and access to a large private fenced terrace.
