Appartement pas chauffé à l'arrivé, le compteur du chauffage avait été disjoncté. De plus le moyen de chauffage n'est pas adapté à la dimensions des pièces. Lits inconfortables (mal de dos chaque matin au réveil) et appartement mal isolé.
