General description of the residence
Situated at the foot of the slopes, the apartment consists of one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a two-person clic-clac sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic glass hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. This accommodation has a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. The apartment has a ski locker.
The balcony faces South-West, offering a view of the slopes in winter and, in summer, a view of the municipal pool as well as the pool of the Résidences Chabrières/Florins.
Please note, access to the residence entrance is via stairs, with a lift inside to access the floors.
Advantages of this apartment: In winter, close to the ESF, ski lifts, and all shopping facilities.
The resort has a paid covered parking, managed by the Tourist Office.
In summer, access to a private and shared outdoor pool and a private tennis court.
The pool is open only in summer, subject to health regulations.
