General description of the residence
3-ROOM APARTMENT + CABIN for 8 people of 42m² located in Valfréjus in the Marguerite Residence - Chalet d'Arrondaz 200m from the Charmasson Chairlift, 500m from the Arrondaz cable car, shops and ski schools.
Situation: 3rd floor, without lift. West-facing balcony, view over the valley and Vanoise National Park.

- Kitchen corner equipped: electric plates 4 burners, microwave grill, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set, raclette set.
- Living room corner with television.
- Bathroom with bath, sink + Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) + skylight.
- Cabin bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds 80x190) + small window.
- Bedroom with a pull-out sofa (2 single beds 80x190) + window.
- Pull-out sofa (2 single beds 80x190) in the living room.
- Duvets, blankets, square pillows.
Miscellaneous: Vacuum cleaner, ski locker.

REDUCED MOBILITY: this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
