L'ETOILE d'ARGENT is a mountain house located in the historic hamlet of "PLANAY" in CHAMPAGNY EN VANOISE. This traditional house has been fully renovated (interior and exterior) during the years 2023-2024 and now features 2 attractive family accommodations, available for guests during WINTER, SUMMER and INTER-SEASON:
- PETIT PARADIS - 4 rooms - 3 levels - 100m² - with Sauna - 2 balconies - for 6 people
- GRAND PARADIS - 8 rooms - 5 levels - 220m² - with Sauna - 2 balconies and a magnificent terrace situated above the roofs of the village of PLANAY - with an extensive SOUTH view towards the station of COURCHEVEL and the Vanoise National Park.
L'ETOILE d'ARGENT - a fully modernised historic house - is a rare place in the mountains:
- Built with local stones, the restored traditional walls are present throughout the rooms and interior corridors; they remind us of the house's glorified past, its intimate Savoyard history, and the strength of the alpine nature that protected families, animals, supplies, and crops from the land.
- From the lower floors to the upper levels, the living spaces, furnished with noble materials and carefully crafted (blonde stone tiles, wooden flooring, blue, green and grey marbles in the bathrooms, large beds draped in ancient fabrics..), gain more light as you ascend; it bursts onto the SOUTH balconies and the upper terrace, which capture the mountain's light, the brilliance of daylight, the depths of the starry sky, the pristine colours of winter, the rebirth of spring, the radiance of summer and the gold of autumn.
