We provide a team of professionals responsible for the key handover arrangements during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to agree on these arrangements before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key handover address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside these hours, please inform the keyholder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, contact the office a few days before your arrival to discuss arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the keyholder's office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent a month before your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory fees to be paid to the agency:
- Tourist tax
- Security deposit
- Pet fee, if pets are allowed as mentioned in the announcement (see description): €20 per week
