Welcome to Chamrousse, in the "Les Villages du Bachat" residence, Epicéas B building.

Your 6-person flat in Chamrousse, with a surface area of 35 m², comprises :

- Living room with sofa bed (1x2 pers, 140x190) with television and WIFI
- Large 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. (Garden furniture stored in a box on the terrace).
- Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, waffle iron, fondue set, raclette machine, capsule coffee maker (Tassimo) + filter coffee maker, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils).
- Bedroom 1: double bed (base 160x200 with 2 mattresses 80x200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be twinned (2x1 pers, 80x190)
- Bathroom with bath, towel rail, hairdryer and separate WC
- Ski locker, board games, radio, waffle iron/grill
- South-facing
- Free private outdoor parking (residence)
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, blankets and pillows.
- Easy unloading of your belongings with access to the accommodation by car.

Quiet and ideally located, not overlooked, on the edge of the forest, with a beautiful view of the mountains, this flat has a host of features to make your life easier:
- Located 450 m (6-7 minutes' walk) from the start of the Arselle chairlift (ESF and ski pass sales) and the cross-country ski runs. (Possibility of departure and arrival on skis depending on snow conditions and skier level).
- There is a free shuttle bus (stop 50 m away) that runs around the resort, a sports equipment hire/sale shop (Skiset 50 m away), a sherpa (200 m away), restaurants in the residence and all other amenities.

In summer and winter, weather permitting, you can drive up to the flat to unload or reload your luggage. You can then park in the private car park (50 m away), access to which is protected by a badge.

Please note that you can rent 2 identical, adjoining flats (Epicea B01 and Epicea B02).


Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

A deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
Nb: Maestro and American Express cards, cheques and cash are not accepted.

Please note: the keys are not handed over at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "12 Place du Vernon, 38410 CHAMROUSSE". You will receive the necessary information when you confirm your booking.
