Welcome to Chamrousse, in the residence "Les Villages du Bachat" building Epicéas B.

Your 6-person apartment in Chamrousse, with an area of 35 m², consists of:

- Living room with sofa bed (1x2 people, 140x190) with television and WIFI
- Large terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. (garden furniture stored in a chest located on the terrace).
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, fondue maker, raclette machine, capsule coffee maker (Tassimo) + filter coffee maker, dishes/cutlery and cooking utensils)
- Bedroom 1 (South side): double bed (160x200 bed base with 2 mattresses of 80x200)
- Bedroom 2 (Hall side): 2 single beds that can be joined (2x1 person, 80x190)
- A bathroom with bath, towel rail, hairdryer and separate toilet
- Ski locker, board games, radio, waffle maker/grill
- South-facing
- Private outdoor parking and free subject to availability.
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, blankets and pillows.
- Easy unloading of your belongings with access to the accommodation by car.
- Free access to the leisure area which consists of:
1 heated outdoor pool (if the outside temperature is below 20°C)
1 hot tub
1 to 2 saunas (depending on attendance)
1 fitness room


Quiet and ideally located, without vis-à-vis, on the edge of the forest, with a beautiful view of the mountains, the apartment has multiple layouts to make your life easier:
- Located 450 m (6-7 minutes on foot) from the departure of the Arselle chairlift (ESF and ski pass sales) and cross-country ski slopes. (possibility of start and return ski-in and ski-out depending on snow conditions and skier level)
- You will enjoy a free shuttle (stop 50 m away) that circles the resort, a rental/sale shop for sports equipment (Skiset 50 m away), a sherpa (200 m), restaurants on the residence and all other amenities.

In summer and in winter, if weather conditions allow, you can, to unload or reload your luggage, bring your vehicle in front of the apartment. Then you will park in the private parking (50 m away) which is protected by a badge.

Finally, note the possibility of renting 2 identical and adjacent apartments (Epicea B01 and Epicea B02).


Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Towel pack: 12€ / kit / person

A deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.

Attention: please note that the key handover does not take place at the accommodation address, but at our agency located "12 Place du Vernon, 38410 CHAMROUSSE". You will receive the necessary information when your reservation is confirmed.
