We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is essential to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the essential practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside of these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sunday. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to define the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided on the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date via email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.

To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:

- If pets are allowed (see description), no additional charge applies.

- Please contact the agency as soon as you receive the booking confirmation to obtain access codes and the digital booklet, which is essential for reaching the accommodation as the agency no longer prints paper versions.

If arriving outside of office hours, please contact the agency in advance, no later than the day before, for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange key collection:
