It is located 5 minutes from the centre of Châtel and close to the Super Châtel estate.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200, and another with 2 single beds of 90x190 with an individual balcony, a bathroom with WC equipped with a drying washing machine, a second bathroom with separate WC, a tastefully furnished living room consisting of a TV, WIFI and a balcony, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher.
A magnificent terrace measuring 10.10 m² offering a breathtaking view of the Mont de Grange. It is furnished with a sunny dining area for 4 people, a board and two chairs, accompanied by two ottomans to relax after a good day of skiing!
You have at your disposal a garage located at the road level, then turn left upon entering the garage, and take the first open box on the right. The owner will put a numbered plate.
A cellar: from the Roitet road, go up one floor (or at the entrance of the building at the top of the exterior stairs). The cellar is the first door on the left that gives access to a corridor and then at the bottom on the left of this corridor. The cellar is number 25. And a ski storage room equipped with a shoe dryer.
Linen and end of stay cleaning are included.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
Towel pack : 7.0 €.
Bath mat : 5.0 €.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
