We provide a team of professionals responsible for the key handover during your stay. It is essential to contact them using the details on your voucher to agree on these arrangements before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange entry details.
Keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be settled on-site, on your day of arrival:
Mandatory payments to be made to the agency:
- Tourist tax
- Security deposit
If arriving outside opening hours, contact the agency in advance for the deposit payment and to organise the key handover: Key box
