We provide a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please notify the keyholder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, contact the office a few days before arrival to define arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the box designated for this purpose, outside the office holding the keys.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival day by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services to be paid to the agency:
- Local taxes
- Security deposit
- Pet fee, if a pet is allowed as mentioned in the advertisement (see description): 20 euros/week
If arriving outside office hours, contact the agency in advance for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange the handover of the keys: Key box.
