The rental of this accommodation includes a covered and private parking space under the residence.

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley is north-facing. The ski storage is in the main residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Recent high-standard residence combining slate, stone, and wood directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Billiards in the reception lounge and a laundry.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the Plaza du Carreau. The first chairlift providing access to the La Plagne ski area is 150m away and the Vanoise Express cable car nearby allows quick access from the Les Arcs area to La Plagne.
