General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 3-room apartment of 56 m², is located on the 1st floor of a small individual chalet and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed 160 cm and its adjoining shower
- an attic bedroom with 2 single beds
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa 140 cm, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 dishwasher, 1 combined oven, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, extractor hood, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The rental of this accommodation includes a covered and private parking space under the residence.
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley faces North. The ski locker is in the main residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets refused
Free wifi access at reception (main building) during opening hours (Access limited to 30 minutes per day and per adult).
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE :
Recent high-standing residence combining slate, stone and wood directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Billiards in the reception lounge and a laundry.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The first chairlift giving access to the La Plagne area is 150m away and the Vanoise Express cable car nearby allows quick passage from the Les Arcs area to that of La Plagne.
