This 3-room apartment of 48 m² is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:

- one bedroom with bunk beds 3 sleeping places (90*190 and 140*190) and TV
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom with toilet and washing machine/dryer
- a shower with toilet

The balcony with a view of the fir trees (limited view) is facing West. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Recent high-end residence combining slate, stone and wood directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Pool table in the reception lounge and a laundry room.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
