Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at contact points, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory likely to have been in contact with the hand. We remind everyone that it is essential for each person to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon departure, place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
