Cleaning of apartments:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out on contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls and any accessory likely to have been in contact with hands. We remind you that it is essential that everyone takes responsibility by leaving accommodation as clean as possible after their visit. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available for consultation.
Sheets and towels:
Upon your departure, place the sheets and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags at the entrance of the apartment.
Arrival time: from 5pm. Please contact the residence before 6:30pm in case of late arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
