Your travel documents containing all the practical information you need for your stay (time of arrival, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time and key collection:
- Short stay: 4pm-7pm
- Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5pm-7pm
If you arrive outside these times, please let us know.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to make arrangements.
Keys will be available in the safety deposit box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent to you by email one month before the day of your arrival.
Departure time: before 10am.To be paid on the spot, on the day of your arrival:
Prestations obligatoires à régler auprès de l'agence :
- Taxe de séjour.
- Dépôt de garantie.
- Les animaux sont admis sans supplément (voir descriptif, si le bien accepte les animaux).
Si arrivée en dehors des horaires d'ouverture, contacter l’agence à l’avance pour le paiement du dépôt de garantie et pour organiser la remise des clefs :
