L'appartement était un peu vieux et sale. Les équipements abîmés (chaises bancales, vaisselle ébréchée...). Appartement très bien placé par rapport à la proximité des pistes. Par contre, aucun entretien extérieur : sol non salé pour accéder à la résidence et dangereux par temps de verglas.

Appartement idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes et proches de la cabine et d’un télésiège. Forte odeur de tabac dans l’appartement alors qu’il était précisé qu’il était non fumeur. Branchements électriques dangereux, les plombs ont sauté plusieurs fois et nous était impossible d’allumer deux plaques électriques en même temps! Propreté insuffisante avec des toiles d’araignées et une moquette au sol sale. D’autres détails seraient à souligner pour argumenter sur l’état d’insalubrité de cet appartement pourtant idéal!
