Le logement lui-même est très bien, quoiqu'un peu cher. Le seul hic, c'est le "pub" au rez-de-chaussée, qui ferme à 2h du matin, et est fort bruyant, surtout les vendredis et samedis soir, avec un DJ sur la terrasse et des clients éméchés qui font le fête en "gueulant". L'annonce signale l'existence d'un pub au rez-de-chaussée, mais "oublie" de mentionner les heures d'ouverture, la musique disco tonitruante et les clients gueulards, et tout cela sur la terrasse jusqu'à 2h du matin. Je ne louerai plus jamais ce lieu.
