General description of the residence
Location: In a quiet area, on the heights of Risoul, close to the hiking trail departure points and the snow front. Access to the slopes is 10 metres away. First shopping facilities are 50 m away and the resort centre is 500 m away (free bus shuttle).
Tourist residence: 88 well-appointed accommodations over 7 floors with lifts and digicode. On-site facilities include an indoor pool and ski lockers.

About Résidence Les Balcons de Sirius
Former 3-star tourist residence situated at the top of the resort, at the foot of the slopes, 100 metres from the shopping facilities and 300 metres from the snow front by ski. The residence has been operational since 2001, consisting of 88 accommodations spread over 6 floors with two lifts, digicodes, caretaker, WiFi, indoor pool and sauna (additional charge). The architecture features concrete and wood elements, and is accessible for people with reduced mobility (access ramp in front of the residence, no steps).

Arrival time: from 16:00 (until 20:00, key box system for late arrivals).
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to notify reception before 18:30. Departure time: before 10:00.
Reception opening hours:
Every day from 8:30 to 19:00.
Saturday: 8:00 - 20:00.
To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Deposit (not cashed. Payment in cash, cheque or credit card):
- €600 / 30 m² apartment + €50 / cleaning deposit.
- €800 / apartment from 45 m² + €80 / cleaning deposit
- €1000 / Duplex from 50 m² + €100 / cleaning deposit

il faut rappeler que les draps, les serviettes, le savon, rien ne fournit et doit être soit ramené, soit acheté sur place (8 euros par serviette ou set de draps...)
