General description of the residence
Situation : In a quiet area, on the heights of the Risoul resort, near the start of the hiking trails and the snow front. Access to the slopes at 10 metres. First shops at 50 m and the resort centre at 500 m (free shuttle).
Tourist residence : 88 good quality flats on 7 floors with lifts and digicode. On the spot, at your disposal: indoor swimming pool and ski lockers.

About Résidence Les Balcons de Sirius
Former 3-star tourism residence located at the top of the resort at the foot of the slopes, 100 metres from the shops and 300 metres from the snow front on skis. Residence in service since 2001, composed of 88 flats and 6 floors with two lifts, digicodes, caretaker, WIFI, indoor pool and SAUNA (extra charge). Concrete architecture + woodwork, accessible to people with reduced mobility (access ramp in front of the residence, no steps).

Arrival time: from 4pm (until 8pm (code box system for late arrivals).
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception before 6.30 pm.
Departure time: before 10am.
Opening hours of the reception :
Every day from 8.30am to 7pm.
Saturday: 8am - 8pm.
To be paid on the day of your arrival:
Deposit (not cashed. Payment in cash, cheque or credit card):
- 600 € / flat 30 m² + 50 € / cleaning deposit.
- 800 € / flat from 45 m² + 80 € / cleaning deposit
- 1000 € / Duplex from 50 m² + 100 € / cleaning deposit
Tourist tax.

il faut rappeler que les draps, les serviettes, le savon, rien ne fournit et doit être soit ramené, soit acheté sur place (8 euros par serviette ou set de draps...)
