Your travel documents containing all practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.

Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside these times, please contact reception.
Departure time: before 10:00.

For arrivals outside the agency's opening hours:
A key box system is available for guests, in the passage to the left of the agency's entrance door (at 159 Route des Grandes Alpes - LA CLUSAZ). Please contact the agency in advance to obtain the code for their box. Likewise for bedding, a drawer/storage system is provided for this purpose (at the same location).WINTER
