Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you via email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please contact the reception.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
For arrivals outside the agency's opening hours:
A key safe system is available for holidaymakers, in the passage to the left of the agency's entrance door (at 159 route des Grandes Alpes - LA CLUSAZ). Please contact the agency in advance to obtain the code for their safe. The same applies for bed linen, a drawer/storage system is provided for this purpose (in the same location).WINTER

ARRIVALS ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 4 PM AND 7 PM

Localisation idéale en face des départs ESF. Appartement très bien équipé. Très jolie vue depuis le 16ème étage, mais tributaire des ascenseurs, très problématique les jours d'arrivée et de départ. Stationnement insuffisant au pied de la résidence.
