We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key handover...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days prior to arrival to determine the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent one month before your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.

To be paid on-site on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services to be paid to the agency:

- Tourist tax

- Security deposit

- If pets are allowed (see description), no additional fees are required.

- Please contact the agency upon receiving the booking confirmation to obtain access codes and the digital booklet, which is essential to reach the accommodation as the agency no longer prints paper versions.

If arriving outside office hours, contact the agency in advance, no later than the day before, for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange the key handover:
