For private use: land 1,200 m2, garden on several levels. House facilities: central heating, washing machine, drying rack. Access by car via a narrow pathway 200 m long. In winter, please be prepared with snow chains. Stairs (16 steps) leading to the house. Parking space (for 3 cars) on the grounds, individual garage. Food shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.2 km, café 1.2 km, bus stop "Barboleuse" 1.2 km, train station "Barboleuse" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km, spa "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km.
