General description of the residence
The CHALET des REVES ***** (500 m² living space, 3 levels) is a large traditional village house fully restored and renovated by its owners from 2019 to 2022 (3 years).
Located in an old hamlet - CHAMPAGNY - Le VILLARD DESSOUS - under the village church - the CHALET des REVES faces the nature of the Alps: a quiet alpine pasture in the foreground, the peaks of Vanoise on the horizon, COURCHEVEL, and the ski area diagonally towards the SOUTH-WEST. 500 m from the village centre where the shops, the ESF, and the gondola are located. Situated a few meters from the municipal swimming pool, you will find the stop for the free communal shuttle (frequency every 30 minutes in high season).
CHALET des RÊVES is built from local stones: they have been carefully restored. The NORTH façade reveals the old stone wall that has been sanded. The other façades feature modern components: large glass openings, balconies from the bedrooms and the living room facing SOUTH that capture sunlight..
