Large, very spacious, and bright living room with a dining table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle), a lounge area with a sofa, TV, and a lovely fireplace. Access to the terrace from the living area. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (bedroom 1) featuring a private terrace and an en-suite shower room with an Italian shower and basin. An independent WC with a washbasin is also on this floor.

Upper floor
On this floor, the hallway leads to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and basin, a shower room with a shower, basin, and WC, and an independent WC.
Two bedrooms with double beds and access to a south-facing balcony are directly in front of you (bedrooms 2 and 3). The first bedroom to the right upon exiting the stairs is on the north side with a double bed (bedroom 4), and to your left as you exit the stairs is an east-facing bedroom with two single beds (bedroom 5).

Access to the chalet is via the large parking area in the basement, leading to the main staircase of the chalet (access to upper floors).
