Demi chalet friendly and comfortable, 64 m² duplex (76m² of floor space) located in La Chal, in Saint Jean d'Arves, on the ski area of Sybelles, ski-in and ski-out
The apartment consists of:
*On the lower level, an entrance hallway, a shower room with sink and bathtub and washing machine, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room of 26.30m² with equipped kitchenette; a 2-seater sofa bed and a single bed couch; a south-facing terrace of 13m² with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
*On the upper level: a hallway, a shower room with sink, shower, a toilet, a bedroom in the eaves with a double bed, another bedroom in the eaves with 3 single beds and a south-facing balcony. End-of-stay cleaning included for the winter season 2024 2025.
